And that what one feels in the midst of strangers, who may or may not be connecting to the music, is not necessarily a lower scale event emotionally. But, surely, different. I actually read the whole thing before you posted it on the blog, but in reading Part 2 a second time I came across something I wanted to quickly comment on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;quot;This is about me hearing the song in the midst of other people, total strangers, who also know the song and are hearing it at the same time. What transpires is a communal, connective experience, even without any words passing between those having it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This effect is the antithesis of a super-fan moment.
